Meaningful Work From Day OneThis position reports to the senior sales analyst and it is responsible for support, preparing and developing reports & tools for sales based on internal and external data sources and provide analysis and recommendations based on reported outcome.
What You Can Expect
Data Collection & Reporting: Gathering and processing data for Key Account Managers (KAMs), and sales reps to evaluate performance.
Systems Management & Optimization: Maintaining, supporting, and optimizing reporting tools and systems using internal and external data sources (e.g., developing inventory and stock reports).
Ad-hoc Analysis: Preparing specialized analysis and strategic recommendations for the Head of Channels and other departments as required.
Sales Forecasting: Preparing short-term statistical sales forecasts integrated with commercial insights.
Compliance & Trade Agreements: Monitoring and controlling commercial agreements in accordance with the company’s sales policy.
Performance Tracking: Tracking commercial agreements, focusing on both volume and investment (ROI).
Custom Reporting: Creating and customizing ad-hoc sales reports based on SAP and external customer data (Sell-Out).
Process Improvement: Supporting the enhancement and compliance of Sales and Finance processes, standards, and systems.
Database Management: Managing and updating the customer database to ensure high-quality data integrity.
Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Department.
Workflow Coordination: Ensuring the proper flow of internal documentation (e.g., price lists, commercial terms, on-pack promotion quota tracking, etc.).
Internal Communication: Serving as a direct point of contact for the field force, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
Training: Providing training to the sales team on data analysis techniques and reporting tools.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor degree or similar education
At least ⅔ years of experience within sales department or databases
What Makes You Unique
PC proficiency, MS Office, SAP, others valued
Fluent Spanish and English speaking and writing
Strong communication skills
Quality Awareness - focus on keeping and enhancing the quality of what needs to be done in terms of accuracy, timeliness and consistent with policies, guidelines and best practices
