Read on…   SUMMARY IntelyCare is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to build, maintain and improve the marketing website and other web properties, ensuring IntelyCare brand standards and utilizing modern web development best practices. This is a cross-functional role; interacting with multiple teams such as IT, engineering, and marketing.    What You’ll Do: ·             Translate design artifacts (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) into mobile-first experiences optimized for a full range of modern devices using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ·             Create scalable web pages, templates, frameworks, style sheets, and modules ·             Build reusable components as a part of our core design language to be consumed by all our teams as they rapidly iterate on product development ·             WordPress theme development (custom plugins, custom layouts, custom fields, etc.) ·             Deploy A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact, and iterate web content and experiences, optimizing visitor journeys ·             Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and IT teams to ensure rapid development of quality frontend experience leveraging Ul components and our design framework. ·             Incorporate industry best practices and advancements into our company's front-end workflow ·             Support efforts for developing frontends in isolation with code quality checks and tests ·             Modify existing sites, software, and apps to improve performance, resolve bugs, and adopt new functionalities ·             Ensure web assets (e.g., CSS, images, and JavaScript) are optimized, so our pages perform better than competitors. ·             Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications to slice/optimize/export/publish digital assets with ‘pixel-perfect’ attention to detail and exercising intuitive naming conventions. ·             Build, maintain, and iterate on the component library while ensuring components match our design system's theme and styles   Who You Are: ·             Advanced HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript experience ·             Strong WordPress development experience ·             Familiarity with Angular & Vue ·             Proficient in mobile-first and responsive design practices as well as being able to adapt a given design to a variety of content situations and viewport sizes. ·             Experience in continuous delivery and test-driven development. ·             Experience problem solving and debugging client-side code on a wide variety of platforms. ·             Knowledge of different browser quirks with Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Mobile browsers on both PCs and MACs ·             Experience with website analytic tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) ·             Understanding of technical SEO principles ·             Write high-quality, scalable and reusable code ·             Ability to work with back-end developers to integrate UI components via APIs ·             Knowledge of Git and collaborative design tools such as Figma ·             Strong problem solving/code conceptualizing skills and an intuitive nature ·             Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done ·             Ability to clearly think through and articulate problems & solutions. ·             Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. ·             Eager to learn and use modern technologies.
