Overview
Document and verify all items refused, broken, picked up or returned during the returns process. Insure proper item location on all returns for the purpose of inventory put away. Bring any concerns or questions to the Returns Coordinator and/or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Audit  route trucks returning to warehouse Via Tablet
  • Confirm returns data and communicate any questions to leadership
  • Interdepartmental communication, Answer Customer service, transportation, and any other calls
  • Maintain safety standards while auditing trucks
  • Report to work in a timely manner and notify leadership if you are going to be late

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in high volume warehouse handling materials between departments and inbound/outbound environment
  • Food/Beverage experience
  • Bi-lingual preferred; the ability to multi task
