The Associate Customer Success Manager, Spanish speaker will act as the trusted and strategic advisor to key stakeholders (of Exec levels) within their assigned high-value client accounts. You’ll be responsible for customer onboarding, increasing user acquisition and engagement, ensuring retention, and uncovering upsell opportunities. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you’ll strive to improve customer satisfaction by understanding customers’ novel business needs, setting in place actionable next steps, and influencing product value.

The Associate Customer Success Manager, Spanish speaker will act as the trusted and strategic advisor to key stakeholders (of Exec levels) within their assigned high-value client accounts. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you’ll strive to improve customer satisfaction by understanding customers’ novel business needs, setting in place actionable next steps, and influencing product value.
Your new adventure:
- Serve as the post-sale face of Pipedrive for high-value [HVC] accounts
- Onboard HVC customers by assessing their business need to create a custom success plan to ensure strong adoption
- Build and maintain strong ‘high and wide’ relationships with key stakeholders in assigned portfolio
- Drive product usage and adoption to ensure customer health and full product value attainment
- Advise customers on the most appropriate features for their specific business needs
- Engage in continuous discovery with assigned accounts to uncover upsell opportunities to drive expansion revenue in partnership with Sales
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Act as the customer’s primary point of escalation, when required, to help manage customer expectations and deescalate frustrations
- Serve as the internal voice of the HVC with internal teams, advocating for their business needs to keep cross-functional teams abreast of market needs
- Engage in self-driven business study to ensure the ability to connect with and advise a diverse customer base from various industries
Does this sound like you?
- 2+ years of experience in customer support within the tech industry
- Bachelor's degree or professional learning
- An understanding of the customer success industry and detailed knowledge of critical steps during the post-sales customer lifecycle
- An understanding of key customer success metrics such as customer health Score, CSAT, NPS, NRR & GRR
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- An understanding of customers concerns and thoughts and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices
- Proficiency with Gainsight is a plus
- CSM certification is a plus
