Job Description
The Global/US Technical Lead is a critical role for both technical and non-technical teams working within the production lifecycle.
This role requires a leader with significant experience in directing deployment and adoption of technology platforms for content production.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Design and own deployment of technology solutions to drive delivery of key metrics on asset performance, reuse and automation
- Align production requirements with production engine ecosystem
- Advise brand and agency teams on best technology options to optimize content production
- Providing technology education, perspectives, and recommendations and how they affect the holistic project.
- Leverage technical problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail that has “right-first-time” in mind
- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for platform optimizations through strong understanding of product roadmaps in correlation to client and studio goals
- Forecast and maintain right-sized technology staffing across projects
- Remove impediments from both day-to-day projects and organizational progress
- Beyond technical delivery of complex work, this role also focuses on continuous improvement and promoting innovation across the production team
- Contribute to our scaled Veeva and Adobe practices by proactively bringing innovative ideas/concepts to the table
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies, best-practices, and trends
Qualifications
- Experience working within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
- Experience working in a production studio, marketing/advertising agency, or professional services environment
- Advanced knowledge / experience with Dynamic Content, DTC, Personalization, DCE
- Advanced knowledge / experience within multiple project management methodologies, e.g., Scrum, Waterfall, Agile
- Depth of experience within the Adobe Ecosystem to help refine and scale practices across workflow management, data flows, performance measurement enablement, etc.
- Expertise with business and technical processes to enable technology solutions
- Experience in identifying and communicating project and team risks to leadership and clients
- Experience leading client meetings, presentations, and new business efforts
- Ability to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- To be a highly motivated individual with a strong record of professional achievement
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed
Additional Information

Compensation Range: $159,500.00 - $269,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
