COMPENSATION RANGE: MIN: $27.00 MID $29.50 MAX: $32.00

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm

As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll be the backbone of our production operations—troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the equipment that brings award-winning, purpose-driven beer to life. Working independently with a small but mighty team that values initiative and craftsmanship, your technical expertise directly impacts our ability to craft great beer and create warm, welcoming experiences for thousands—whether diagnosing a packaging line issue or optimizing utilities for peak efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Keep production running smoothly by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and responding quickly to equipment issues across brewing, cellar, packaging, and utilities
• Own facility reliability through daily walkthroughs, detailed CMMS documentation, and proactive identification of potential equipment failures before they impact operations
• Apply your technical skills to maintain high & low voltage electrical systems, industrial packaging equipment, HVAC, compressed air, glycol chillers, boilers, & other critical utilities
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain product quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance, safety protocols, and maintenance processes
• Support a safety-first culture by maintaining accountability for personal safety, speaking up when concerns arise, and occasionally entering confined spaces with proper protocols
• Build expertise in brewery-specific systems while leveraging your industrial maintenance background—brewery experience is helpful but not required; we'll teach you the beer side
