The Opportunity

Adobe’s Firefly Enterprise business is scaling a new generation of generative AI capabilities to transform how brands build marketing content at scale. We’re standing up a strategic team that will define the future of 2D generative imaging solutions and the underlying workflows that power them. As the Senior Product Manager, 2D Imaging Firefly Enterprise, you’ll act as the primary interface between our product teams, enterprise customers, and the field. You’ll determine high-value, repeatable use cases and translate them into solution frameworks that guide scalable product and platform strategy across Adobe.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being at the intersection of innovation, customer need, and strategic product design — and wants to have broad influence!

What you’ll do

  • Act as a key liaison between presales, post-sales, and the imaging product teams
  • Partner with enterprise customers to surface real-world challenges and distill them into reusable solution requirements
  • Identify and validate high impact use cases that sculpt Adobe’s generative AI 2D imaging roadmap
  • Translate field feedback into clear strategy artifacts: product requirements, use case narratives, solution input
  • Participate in customer innovation sessions, demos, and PoC design reviews to influence solution direction
  • Prioritize critical issues and assist product and engineering teams in grasping the reasoning behind customer needs
  • Work cross-functionally with product, research, GTM, and platform teams to ensure the solutions we define reflect real enterprise demand

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 7+ years’ experience in product strategy, product management, field enablement, or customer-facing product roles
  • Deep understanding of enterprise marketing or creative production workflows; knowledge of gen AI or imaging a plus
  • Experience translating customer needs into actionable insights that influence product direction
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across functions and simplify complexity into reusable frameworks
  • Outstanding communication skills with both technical and business audiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for building clarity
  • Ability to represent Adobe with integrity and confidence in executive-level discussions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with digital asset production, creative workflows, or imaging APIs
  • Familiarity with Adobe products (e.g., Firefly, AEM, Creative Cloud, Frame.io, Workfront)
  • Experience collaborating with research, engineering, or platform architecture teams
  • MBA or technical degree preferred but not required

Our Team Culture

Join a small, impactful team defining product strategy through clarity, patterns, and speed.
