Your new role
We are looking for a Manager/Head of (Project Framework & Project Risk Management) to take ownership of Ramboll’s Project Framework and project risk management processes and products that support it. You will be a key driver of project excellence, ensuring our teams have the right tools, governance, and mindset to deliver outstanding projects for our clients.

In the role you will lead a team of skilled business analysts, ensuring they thrive and make an impact and inspire and collaborate with other process and product owners across Ramboll. You will also shape and improve our project governance and risk processes, ensuring they are efficient, intuitive, and future-proof. Further, you will engage with senior stakeholders across global business areas, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Your Key Responsibilities
As our new Manager/Head of, Project Framework & Project Risk Management, you will:

• Be a process and product owner - take ownership of Ramboll’s Project Framework and project risk management processes and products that support it.
• Drive a strong Project Excellence culture, making it easy for teams to deliver successful, high-quality projects.
• Be a connector and influencer—collaborate across Finance, Legal, HSEQ, IT, and Compliance to ensure governance works seamlessly.
• Streamline and optimize—simplify workflows, remove bottlenecks, and introduce AI and automation to reduce admin burdens.
• Enable data-driven decision-making, ensuring that leaders have the right insights for continuous improvement.
• Bring people together—work with Process Leads across global business areas to ensure adoption and engagement.

What you bring

• Background in project and risk management, ideally with experience in ISO 9001 and governance.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience leading and developing teams, coaching them to success.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills—you love optimizing processes and automating workflows.
• Excellent communication skills—you know how to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
