Come join our Business HR team in the COO organization and have a main responsibility of HR business partnering to the Group Technology & Innovation organisation. We are a collaborative team working on our people agenda, that supports the business strategy and defined key projects. You become part of a team of 15 motivated and highly skilled colleagues and refer to Head of COO Business HR, Senior Director Thomas Schou Høj.

What is the job about?
We are looking for a strong individual to translate our HR strategy into actionable plans and activities that align with the business goals in Group Technology & Innovation (GT&I).
As the custodian of Grundfos values, you will have an important part in shaping our company culture and ensuring our workforce is equipped to excel. Collaborating with stakeholders both within and outside of HR and GT&I, you will direct efforts globally to strengthen our human capital and support GT&I's performance.
Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the GT&I Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver key strategic people initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the execution of our GT&I Business plan and strategic priorities.

Your main responsibilities:
As the HR Director - HR Business Partner for Group Technology & Innovation (GT&I) at Grundfos, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing impactful HR initiatives in alignment with key stakeholders, such as the Head of COO HR, CTO, and GT&I LT.
- Drive the People agenda in the GT&I Business Plan towards 2025 with a focus on Leadership Development, Learn & Grow, Talent & Succession Planning and Employee Engagement
- Monitoring and optimizing HR performance in GT&I, identifying HR priorities for both short-term and long-term growth and adjusting efforts and resources as needed.
- Establishing priorities, efficient processes, and execution plans linked to set targets.
- Staying updated on HR trends and innovations to continuously enhance HR performance in GT&I.
In addition, you will:
- Support the CTO and GT&I leadership team in developing the global organization and footprint.
- Coach and grow the GT&I leadership team and provide HR sparring and guidance to all leaders in GT&I.
- Drive organisational change initiatives in GT&I and ensure alignment with Grundfos and COO design principles and business strategies.
- Be accountable for key HR processes, including organizational reviews, performance management, and talent management.
- Uphold Grundfos values in leadership decisions and People Plans.
- Actively participate in deploying the HR strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within HR and the GT&I organization.
- Support the development of new global approaches from HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Your background:
- Master's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, showcasing proven leadership and successful HR transformations.
- Previous experience as a Business Partner, building robust relationships with senior leaders.
- Solid background in R&D, technology, or innovation industries.
- Experience collaborating across all organizational levels, from engineers to the executive team.
