Director, Global People Operations

Overview:
The Director of Global People Operations will be a key member of Digital Turbine’s People Leadership Team, responsible for people operations, business HR services, and the HR systems portfolio, worldwide. This role will report to the company's Chief People Officer. We are looking for a leader who is excited to tackle dynamic challenges, champion analytics and process improvement, and develop innovative solutions that power our business. About The Role:
●      Shape, define and ensure the effective, engaging, and efficient delivery of People Operations●      Collaborate within the People team and across Digital Turbine to drive efficiencies and simplify processes●      Manage the suite of current and future HR systems, partnering with IT for implementation and support●      Safeguard the company’s reputation and assets by ensuring compliance across our programs, offerings and services●      Lead a global People Operations team and handle all people related budget, vendorsand partners●      Reflect Digital Turbine’s culture in all people operations, ensuring a diverse and inclusiveenvironment that has a global perspective About You: ●      10+ years of progressive experience leading global people operationswith specific experience designing and implementing an efficient and effectivepeople operations function for a rapidly scaling organization●     A strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution●     Experience building systems and processes that go from “scrappy” to “scaled.” ●     A methodical thinker adept at connecting the dots between business needs and efficient, tech-enabled solutions●      Seasoned in process improvement and optimization●      A skilled collaborator and communicator, adept at building rapport and maintaining positive, consultative relationships with stakeholders at a variety of levels●      You love measuring impact, leveraging data from a range of sources to tell a story,diagnose problems and opportunities, drive alignment, and implement change●      Demonstrated experience working across all People Operations functional areasincluding employment law, onboarding, training and development, employeerelations, performance management, compensation and benefits, global employmentmatters●      A capable leader who cares deeply about the growth and development of their team, with a track record of building and growing diverse, inclusive, high performing teams.●      Although not a requirement for the role, we would be especially excited if you are a data analytics guru, have prior Workday implementation experience, or have direct international experience, such as having worked in a different country
