We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who excels at crafting and executing targeted B2B marketing campaigns across priority industries. You’ll work closely with sales and industry teams to align messaging, generate high-quality leads, and support customer acquisition goals. Your ability to bridge marketing strategy with tactical execution—and your passion for tailoring value propositions to specific industry needs—will be key to your success.
As a Marketing Specialist at JMP, you will:
- Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that build awareness, strengthen brand reputation, and generate opportunities within strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and test targeted campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue growth—refining tactics based on data and performance insights.
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies aimed at executive-level audiences within strategic accounts. Design programs that elevate messaging relevance and enable deeper engagement across multiple business units.
- Create tailored marketing strategies and messaging for executive-level audiences across multiple business units, leveraging email, social media, LinkedIn ads, and other digital channels.
- Organize and execute in-person events for customers and prospects.
- Partner with the JMP customer alliance team to amplify messaging through client-owned channels and support account expansion.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics, using insights to optimize future initiatives.

- Brings experience crafting compelling executive-level messaging that resonates with senior decision-makers across industries.
- Demonstrates knowledge of email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Leverages digital marketing tools and techniques to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus for supporting outreach across diverse markets in the Americas region.
- Familiarity with key industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, semiconductors, and consumer products is beneficial for tailoring messaging and campaign strategies.
Keys to Success:
- Considerable knowledge of marketing concepts including content, digital, social and email strategies and business-to-business acumen.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences at various stages of the customer journey.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Good organizational, project management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent understanding of account-based marketing concepts and sound proficiency in key internal and external software applications.
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical information to internal and external audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (software industry is preferred). Experience in account-based marketing and with a variety of technology platforms including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
