Job role

As a Group Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) you work at the interface of marketing and latest digital trends and tools for branding and recruitment purposes. 

 

What you will do

•    Create content (texts, graphics, videos etc.) for careers.allianz.com based on content strategy incl. agency steering 
•    Support OE country site managers as well as OE landing page owners and ensure consistent content framework across all versions of careers.allianz.com
•    Support OEs in content creation, editing and publishing 
•    Support functional migration of OE's local stand-alone career websites into careers.allianz.com incl. steering of local website decommissioning with OE
•    Support migration of external version of careers.allianz.com onto Phenom.com technology

SF Recruiting Management & Onboarding
•    Further develop SF Recruiting’s process template by defining and realizing change requests based on stakeholder needs (recruiters, candidates, managers)
•    Collect change requests from OEs and prioritize roadmap together with OEs
•    Prepare and run monthly calls with OE recruiting expert community
•    Raise and execute epics incl. functional assessment and steering of stakeholders, e.g., Tax, Legal, Data Privacy and Architecture
•    Maintain existing 3rd party tools being part of Allianz' global candidate experience journey, e.g., datapeople.io
•    Support implementation of add-on tools for recruiting (e.g., interview scheduling automation, CV-to-job matching via Phenom.com technology) and onboarding (via ServiceNow)
 

 

What you bring

•     Masters degree in related area (e.g.: Business/Economics, Media, Communications, Marketing or relevant work experience)
  •    Very profound experience in working SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding2.0 (ONB2.0) and Career Site Builder (CSB) is a must
  •    Experience in operational recruitment working with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress etc.) is a plus
  •    Experience in working with content creation tools, e.g. Canva.com, InDesign etc. is a plus
  •    Experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable tools is a plus
  •    Excellent English skills oral and written, additional language would be a plus

 

You have

•      3+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or related area, e.g., HR IT Platform Management
  •    Ability to translate business requests and research insights into system features and communicate these needs to Product Owners and IT
  •    Deep understanding of recruiting processes, candidate and hiring manager needs
  •    Project management skills
  •    Creative and innovative mindset
