What you'll do...

Join Walmart International as a Senior Manager to lead our Self-Service Registration team for our Mexico Marketplace. This role is crucial in driving marketplace growth among cross-border sellers and maximizing their sales. This role will lead outreach, engagement, and program adoption initiatives aimed at elevating Seller Experience (SX) and, in turn, improving Customer Experience (CX). This position plays a critical role in helping Selling Partners (SPs) seamlessly expand globally, enabling them to adopt high-impact Walmart programs such as Walmart Fulfillment Services, Advertising, Promotions, etc. This role is performance-driven, with a direct impact on strategic KPIs such as seller adoption rates, launch volumes, and program metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Engagement: Drive the prioritization, segmentation, and outreach strategy for a curated pipeline of SPs to support launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Program Adoption & Re-engagement: Oversee efforts to remove blockers and encourage adoption/re-adoption of Walmart Marketplace Programs tailored to different SP’s business model.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and optimize metrics around launch volume, program adoption rates, and anecdotal SP satisfaction scores.
  • CX and SX Improvement: Identify trends and feedback from SPs to work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Support teams to improve tools, features, and processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to ensure scalability and repeatability of success.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that align with marketplace goals.
  • Coaching with Data: Use data as a sales tool to help SPs understand the ROI of program adoption and maximize growth potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, account management, or business development, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales pipelines, and exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven culture.
  • Strong analytical capabilities; proficient in Excel, Looker, and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-impact results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in a second language, Spanish preferred
