Full Stack Software Engineer - A.C.E. team

This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.

Redfin is currently seeking (2) Junior to Mid-level Full Stack Software Engineers for two hybrid based roles in our Seattle office.  As a Full Stack Engineer on the Agreements to Close Experience (ACE) Team, you’ll work on our fully unified and guided home buying and selling experience for our agents and customers when they sign, incorporating AI Tools to close fast. 

The Role:

• You will build and maintain both front end and back end features that directly service our external customers and internal agents.

• You will develop new features and enhance new features (70%) and work on bug fix/work on backlog (30%).

• You will build and enhance AI tools for our Redfin agents

• You will, build, enhance, and maintain the Close Experience companion mobile app using React Native.

About You:
 

• You have 2+ years of industry experience designing, architecting and developing full-stack applications, working on both front and back-end features.

• You have 2+ years experience developing in Java, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Relational Database, and SQL.

• You have a proven track record of participating in multi-person technical projects from concept to implementation to production, and can speak to the impact for the customer.

• You have excellent communication skills which allow you to share ideas, progress, and updates at all levels of your team and other parts of the organization.

• You are a proven team player who understands how to collaborate, present alternative ideas, and build consensus.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $121,900.00 - 165,100.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
