Position is responsible for ensuring all programs within Youth Services get access to income supports, workforce development, career navigation, and financial coaching. The position supports participants in identifying career goals, developing a strategy with action steps to reach those goals, and provides accountability as they move along the path to achieving their goals. The Case Manager is responsible for ensuring all support efforts are recorded accurately and reported properly.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
- Three years of experience working in programs providing social and/or employment services for at-risk populations
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
