We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to support our Mechanical and Electrical departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

 

  • Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
  • Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical and electrical sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
