<p>Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital initiatives</p><p>Organisation of meetings with stakeholders, either onsite or via platforms such as Teams or Webex</p><p>Managing stakeholder groups, including shared documents, planning, and agendas</p><p>Creation of reports about stakeholder involvement and their results</p><p>Resolving stakeholder issues quickly and efficiently</p><p>Contributing to the success of digital initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of these digital initiatives</p><p>Managing communications with stakeholders</p><p>Reporting to relevant structures.</p><p> </p><p>LEVEL OF EDUCATION </p><p>Bachelor or Master Degree</p><p></p><p>SKILLS</p><p>Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.</p><p>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand what each stakeholder needs and to respond constructively</p><p>Analysis and problem solving skills and attitude</p><p>Excellent communication skills</p><p>Ability to prepare clear and well-structured documents and presentations</p><p>Teamwork skills, including ability to work in a friendly, organised, and well- structured manner also under pressure</p><p></p><p><span> </span></p><p> SPECIFIC EXPERTISE</p><p>•        Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools</p><p>•        Knowledge in using tools to prepare reports</p><p>•        Experience in the use of collaborative IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)</p><p>•        Experience in (or familiarity with) the IT domain, the economic/commercial needs of the digital/data economy or digital law is a plus.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Delivery mode : Onsite (Brussels)</p><p>Level : 3 or 4</p><p></p>
