Papillion Foods-Karen Bilingual-Team Trainer Translator 2nd Shift

Must be Karen Bilingual( Reading, Writing, Speaking)

Shift Times: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Pay: $22.20 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety.
• Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements.
• Completes new employee orientation.
• Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.
• Performs translation duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
   

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills: Written and Verbal
• Proficient writing skills in both English and Karen
• Ability to work different shifts when needed
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
• 1 year of consistent work history
• Basic computer skills
