About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of an AI powered Research Assistant Copilot that provides intelligent advice and insights to Tax professionals. This role will be responsible for architecting end to end AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio / Researcher, and enterprise knowledge platforms such as EYQ, integrated with POKA (Knowledge AI Assistant). The ideal candidate will combine strong AI/ML architecture skills, Microsoft ecosystem expertise, and domain understanding of tax and professional services research. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design • Design end to end architecture for an AI driven Research Assistant Copilot for Tax professionals. • Define scalable, secure, and extensible AI solution architectures using Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. • Architect integrations between EYQ, POKA, internal knowledge repositories, and external data sources. • Define prompt engineering strategies, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) patterns, and reasoning workflows. AI & Copilot Implementation • Lead implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Researcher capabilities. • Design conversational flows, reasoning chains, and agent behaviors for complex tax research and advisory use cases. • Ensure accuracy, explainability, and traceability of AI generated tax insights. • Implement feedback loops for continuous learning and improvement.
