Job Summary: Continuous Improvement Director

We're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Continuous Improvement Director. In this role, you will drive organizational excellence by developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all levels of the company. If you have a proven track record of success in leading improvement efforts and a passion for driving change, we want to hear from you!

 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
•  Analyze data and metrics to measure improvement progress and inform future initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align improvement efforts with organizational goals
• Mentor and coach employees to build a culture of continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a continuous improvement leadership role
• Proven track record of success in leading improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ability to lead and manage teams and influence organizational change

Physical Demand and Work Hours:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.
• Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents
