- Experience: Strongly prefer 2 years RN Experience in at least two service lines: L&D, Post Partum, or NICU
- Schedule: Self-Scheduled; day-to-day floating or 6-week float assignments
- Certifications Needed: BLS
- 0.9 FTE; Full-Time
- Shift: Nights 1900-0730 (12-hour Shifts)
- Support Sites: Oshkosh, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Bay Care, Bay Area

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Women’s Health departments care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.
