We are a rapidly growing organization, committed to creating life-changing opportunities for over 23,000 students by 2025.   THE OPPORTUNITY  YES Prep seeks a dynamic, systems-focused Director of Campus Operations (DCO) to lead and manage most non-instructional functions at an elementary or secondary campus. This role is critical to creating efficient, safe, and high-performing school environments where students thrive. As a key member of the campus leadership team, the DCO will drive operational excellence to support enrollment, attendance, safety, financial stewardship, and systems development. Key Metrics for Success 
  • Enrollment: 100% filled seats by October 31 and 99% maintained year-round.  
  • Attendance: Meet or exceed a 95% Average Daily Attendance (ADA).  
  • Safety: Tier 1 rating (90%+) on the Safety & Security Operations Scorecard.  
  • Fiscal Stewardship: Operate at or under budget while maintaining district compliance to finance policy.  
  • Systems & Scheduling: 100% accurate schedules completed ahead of deadlines to maximize student achievement.  
  • School Readiness: 100% of operational readiness goals met for the 2025-2026 school year.
