You can look forward to

• Examining and negotiating facultative reinsurance contracts with customers from the US market
• Analysing local primary insurance and reinsurance market
• Contributing to the development of pricing tools
• Expanding contacts with customers and maintaining the existing portfolio
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary, international expert teams
• Assisting customers and handling contract administration

You come equipped with

• A successfully completed degree in economics or law; commercial insurance training with a focus on liability insurance or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in primary insurance and/or facultative reinsurance gained through internships or similar is an asset
• Affinity for digital tools and technologies, particularly in insurance-related automation (e.g. process optimization and data-driven decision making) 
• Independent user skills in German and proficient user skills in English
• Willingness to go on occacional business trips
• An international mindset, talent for negotiation, networking skills and enthusiasm for cementing our market position among the top reinsurers
