HOACNY provides cancer care services, Monday through Friday, day hours at three convenient locations in East Syracuse, Syracuse and Auburn. Billing office is located in East Syracuse. A medical billing specialist (Medical Biller) is will become knowledgeable and experienced with Medicare and commercial insurances including third party administrators regarding all aspects of claims including payments, appeals, and working denials, and understanding the insurance industry benefits and familiarity with their websites.
Excellent organizational skills for effective patient account follow up. Handles all billing and patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
