As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed-upon programs with assistance from a full support team.   

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. This may include some nights and weekends based upon business needs.

Starting Pay: $124,800 annually plus bonus 

About the Facility/Pharmacy:   Doctor's Center Hospital Orlando Health is Joint Commission accredited and provides Medical and Surgical Services, Intensive Care, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, with Operating Rooms and an Emergency Room.  The pharmacy is centrally located and open weekdays Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm and weekends from 7am to 4pm.  Meditech and Omnicell are the pharmacy systems utilized at this facility.  CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. 


Required Qualifications: 

• BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Puerto Rico Pharmacist licensure in good standing
• 2 to 5 years of management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment
• Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility
• ​Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with Professional organizations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other staff
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English 
• Must reside in Puerto Rico 

Hospital Requirements  

• TB Test - Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months (PPD, QFT, or CXR)
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or a blood titer proving immunity 
• Varicella - 2 document doses or a blood titer proving immunity 
• Hep B3 Series (or declination)
• ​(Flu) Influenza - required for hire between Oct 1st and April 30th 
• COVID Vaccine
