RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Provide expert optimal solution recommendations in SAP S/4 Supply chain modules especializing in Logistics Execution, Transportation module 
• Independently work with business teams to understand their business requirements and provide optimal solution options
• Provide hands on operational support for supply chain enhancements, tickets and incidents and maintain KPIs.
• Work with cross functional teams including AMS, IT and business in resolving business problems
• Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end analytical solution design
• Own and deliver supply chain business solutions on S/4 HANA to support business transformation
• Review and document business capability needs and create winning solution recommendations with demonstrated ability in employing frameworks and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces
• Champion BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA> Application > Technology) and drives standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options
   

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business
• Minimum 12+ Years of SAP experience in SAP SD /Logistics Execution ,Transportation Management modules with good exposure to inbound and outbound processing of transportation .
• Project experience in handling delivery processing and optimization using collective delivery processing , delivery split and delivery grouping functionalities in SAP
• Have worked in delivery enhancements using user exit /BADIs
• Must have design and configuration experience in LE, TM module: Inbound/outbound process ,collective delivery processing and return process.
• Detailed knowledge in MM & SD cross functional areas.
• Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems /internal legacy systems.
• Expert knowledge in EDI/Idocs and work experience in 3rd party interfaces with SAP.
• Integration experience with SAP and Carrier Integration Tools like PWeaver, XPS etc .
• Demonstrates strong knowledge on application of testing strategies and methodologies.
• Should have hands-on experience in executing unit, integration and end to end testing .
• Worked in Customer facing environment as a Lead Consultant.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs .
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms .
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• S/4 HANA with one large-scale Green Field SAP S4/HANA full cycle implementation and business transformation experience
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA Solution Stack, Technology and Architecture with deep process and cross functional knowledge across different business functions.
• 10+ years of cumulative work experience in SAP Supply chain area
• Have experience in leading and deploying out of box solutions options over customized solutions.
• Have experience in driving and influencing business and IT teams to keep the core clean. 
• Working knowledge on business process standards (APQC, SCOR etc..) along with an enterprise BPM tool 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a solid team player
