To support that challenge, the team is currently seeking a Project Management Intern in the Greensboro, NC office. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.

Estimated Duration: May 2024 – August 2024 

You will: 

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 
  • Define project scope and objectives 
  • Identify and manage stakeholders  
  • Coordinate resources for the successful execution of projects 
  • Ensure technical feasibility of project solution 
  • Develop a detailed project plan with overall timeline and milestones 
  • Track project performance, and report and escalate to sponsors as needed 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps 
  • Apply appropriate change management techniques 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 

Qualifications

What you must be: 

  • A current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior graduating in December 2024 from a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited NC HBCU  
  • Fluent in English

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and prioritization  
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team 
  • Leadership and influencing skills
