Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the Station financial processes at Millstone Nuclear Station. This includes all aspects of forecasting, planning, etc. Manages budget development process. Provides leadership on financial analysis and monthly forecasting processes.  Ensures that capital projects are evaluated within guidelines. Provides proactive executive support. Understands and incorporates accounting changes into financials.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in financial management and analysis; accounting standards and practices; pricing; cost allocation; budgeting.
• Proven leadership
• Effective communication
• Organization and interpersonal skills
• Finance and accounting

Preferred skills;

• Previous experience supporting generation facility, industrial or manufacturing facility in their financial processes

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required.  Disciplines; Accounting, Business, Finance.

Master's Degree preferred.  Disciplines; Business Administration or Finance.

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.

 

Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description

Preferred:  CPA, CMA, or related
