Requirements:

• CMA certification required.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders, Medication Administration Record (MAR), and facility policies.
• Document all medication administration and related activities (e.g., doses given, refusals, timing) in the resident record in a timely and compliant manner.
• Monitor residents for medication effects and changes in condition and report concerns immediately to licensed nursing staff.
