We are seeking a motivated, passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our hotel staff as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. As part of our hotel management team, you will assist leading team members to ensure high levels of service standards while maintaining budgeted revenues and maximizing profitability.

• Responsible for the outlet's daily operations, entailing Starbucks, Thistle & Thyme Restaurant, Wakara Bar and In-Room Dinning. 
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to multitask throughout the different outlets. 
• Ability to accurately report information.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous experience in a Food and Beverage Management role is required.
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
• Good problem-solving ability and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Hotel experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.

· Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.

· Hearing, writing, typing.

· Minimum pulling of 50 pounds

. Other duties may be assigned.
