About the Role

Are you a courageous self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills?  Are you able to think strategically without losing sight of the details?  Do you enjoy driving scale, transforming culture, and data-driven problem-solving?  If so, you may be a great fit for this role! We are seeking an experienced product operations professional to drive process development and improvements for Saas project capitalization, roadmapping, idea management, and product lifecycle processes.  

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the roadmap for project capitalization improvements including forecasting, tooling, training, audit readiness, and automation for operational efficiency.
• Run the quarterly project capitalization process and prepare for SOX and financial audits. 
• Drive internal product roadmap reviews and facilitate interlock sessions with go-to-market teams.   
• Develop and launch product life-cycle processes that align with agile frameworks.
• Identify unstructured business problems and drive solutions across product development. 
• Evolve existing processes for effectiveness, scalability and success. 

About You

• +  years experience in technical program management or a related operations role at an enterprise Saas or software company with a focus on managing the product lifecycle.  2+ years of management experience (desired). 
• Ability to work with executive leadership and all levels of the organization within product development and go-to-market organizations. 
• Experienced at driving change and large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Strong communicator who can communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly. Demonstrated experience synthesizing data to craft the narrative.
• Possess excellent judgment, are highly collaborative with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.   
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategically adept.
• Self aware, courageous, adaptable, calm under pressure, able to operate in high-pressure, chaotic situations.
