Salesforce Development Lead (KCS)

Overview:
•    Experience ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the business requirements, while aligning with best practices and technical standards.
•    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers. 
•    Foster a collaborative development environment, promoting best practices, code reviews, and continuous learning.
•    Collaborate with other developers to design data models, custom objects, and security protocols.

Must have:
-Strong in object-oriented programming concepts
-In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning framework (LWC + Aura)
-Hands-on JavaScript, HTML, CSS
-Web services - SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs
-Integrations - hosting and calling salesforce or external Web --Services for inbound/outbound data sync.
-Business integration with 3rd party tools
-Salesforce Mobile App
-Adherence to salesforce best practices
-Expertise in writing test classes and building triggers, batch classes, future methods etc.
-Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and Dashboards creation
-Ability to work on implementations that execute in agile model
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
 
Good to have:
App-exchange products – Conga or other reporting tools.
Salesforce App builder and Platform Developer certifications
