Are you passionate about leading the technical agenda as well as leading the team and ensure engagement and high performance? this new position might by just right for you.</p> <p align="left"> </p> <p>How you will make an impact</p> <p align="left">The Agriculture, Sustainability &amp; Communication train in Arla IT is responsible for creating and delivering solutions to the owners of Arla – our farmers.  In your role as Sr Solution Architect you will lead the team creating and delivering new solutions and maturing the existing system landscape together with peers in the team and across Arla IT. A central part of the roadmap will be related to our ambitious sustainability journey where you will be a key player in creating contemporary, global, standardized and scalable solutions. You will likewise be leading a team of 8 developers, who has their individual fields of expertise. Here, you will have people management responsibility including coaching and inspiring your team members and support their development. </p> <p align="left"> </p> <p align="left">Furthermore, your role include:</p> <ul> <li align="left">Have the Architecture responsibility within you domain: Target Architecture, Roadmaps, Security.</li> <li align="left">Set the quality and documentation standard for the domain</li> <li align="left">Have close collaboration with Operations Service Delivery Team and assigned Enterprise Architect</li> <li align="left">Support Portfolio creation, by providing input for new Business Ideas (e.g. hypothesis, cost estimations and risk analytics)</li> <li align="left">Conduct stakeholder management towards relevant business stakeholders</li> <li align="left">Responsibility for setting and reviewing yearly objectives and development plans with team</li> </ul> <p align="left"> </p> <p align="left"> </p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <p align="left">Working in an agile set-up, both in teams and cross-functionally, your cooperation skills are essential.
