What You’ll Do:

• Prepare fresh ingredients and follow established recipes to create La Madeleine’s signature pastries and baked goods.

• Produce items with consistency, speed, and care to meet daily production goals.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge and enthusiasm for La Madeleine’s signature pastry offerings.

• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.

• Successfully pass recipe and food quality assessments to ensure product excellence.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pastry or baking is a plus but not required.

• Ability to read and follow recipes with precision.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
