• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daylight office hours with occasional flexibility as needed

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a General Manager of Operations, you will:

• Supervise teams across several core functions:
• Purchasing
• Shipping and Receiving
• Production Planning and Scheduling
• Service Coordination
• Quality Control and Testing
• Inventory and Stocking
• RMA Processing and Returned Materials
• Order Booking
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes
• Support project execution by aligning internal schedules and cross-department coordination
• Act as a liaison between production teams, engineering, and upper management
• Monitor key performance indicators and team workloads to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain high standards of accountability and communication across departments

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• 8–12 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related industry
• 3+ years of experience supervising cross-functional teams
• Background in automation, manufacturing, or project-based operations is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
• High level of organization and time management across multiple priorities
• Familiarity with ERP systems and process-driven operations
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
