Mechanic Technology (MT) Operator - 2nd shift

Operates mechanical production machines to manufacture parts and semi-products according to agreed engineering specifications, quality requirements and manufacturing time. This is a 2nd shift position.

* Sets up and operates with a non-specified or broad production machine environment.
* Organizes and uses machine related tools, and equipment relevant in production.
* Plans and lays out work, prepares components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
* Processes the components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
* May perform basic machine-related CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
* Performs basic or specifically defined maintenance operations.
* Cooperates with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
* May operate various types of mechanical production equipment/technology.

• You will be responsible for electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• You will be responsible for the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Manufacturing equipment operation. Weigh, measure and check raw materials to ensure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients in proper quantities.
• You will perform incoming, raw material and final mfg. inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.
• You will set up, mix, receive, store, and deliver and dispense production chemicals. Assists with routine repair and retest products.

Your Expertise:

• High school diploma or GED
• You have good PC skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to learn about new software and hardware solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $39,600 - Max $59,400

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
