Licensed Vocational Nurse

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.


Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Full-time SWING shift
• SWING shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• Salary range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience
• Valid CA driver’s license REQUIRED

Full-time schedule
• Monday thru Friday; 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Goleta, CA
• NeuroRestorative facility located on North Patterson Ave.
• Residential setting
• 6-bed facility & Adult Day Program
• Paid time off (vacation, sick and personal)

The heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury
• Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
• Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
• Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
• Assist with overseeing nursing and caregiving staff
• Manage medication inventory

Qualifications:
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Current state LPN/LVN License
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
• Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
