• Assisting unloading or loading trucks.
• Sorts merchandise into containers for storage, processing, distribution, and recycling.
• Operates baler machine to prepare specified material for distribution.
• Maintains accurate record keeping of recycling output.
• Maintains a clean and safe working area.
• Visually inspects equipment prior to operating to determine if equipment is safe to operate.
• Utilizes safety checklists to maintain accurate record keeping of equipment safety inspections.
• Complies with all agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk; use

hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel,

crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The team member is required to frequently lift and/or move up to 100

pounds, and routinely lift and/or move more than 10 pounds.
