About the role
As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you’ll support internal and external customers to ensure electronic devices are managed effectively throughout the operational process for clinical trial sites. You’ll play a key role in coordinating sales orders, shipment documentation, and operational communication, helping ensure sites receive the right devices and materials on time, with clear and accurate information.
What you’ll do
• Manage Sales Orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity for configuration centre teams
• Attend project kick-off meetings and client calls as required
• Act as a point of contact for Client Services queries and operational questions
• Generate internal export documentation to support shipments
• Order printed materials for clients as directed by Client Services
• Liaise with Client Services and external providers to track, manage, and communicate shipment delays
• Promote continuous improvement across Customer Operations processes
• Support additional operational tasks as required

Essential:
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety compliance
• High attention to detail with accurate data entry and strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with a “can do” attitude
• Minimum education: High School (US) or equivalent
• Clinical trials / pharmaceutical industry exposure is a plus
Desirable:
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Experience with import/export of pharmaceuticals or electronic devices
