OneStream Consultant III - Onsite

ManTech’s Digital Transformation Division (DTD) is seeking motivated and experienced OneStream Mid-Level Consultants to join our rapidly expanding team.  In this role, you will work closely with our consulting team with implementing, configuring, and optimizing the OneStream platform, which is used for budgeting, planning and reporting. As a mid-level consultant, you will play a vital role in driving successful project delivery and ensuring client success. This position requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, as well as expertise in OneStream. This position is 100% REMOTE.

Responsibilities

• Design/build OneStream solutions that meet customer requirements 
• Define scoping and sizing of work. 
• Translate business requirements into OneStream models and technical designs. 
• Contribute to all phases of the SDLC: analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, debugging, documentation, training, and support. 
• Develop and troubleshoot security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas 
• Perform unit, system and interface testing 
• Coordinate user acceptance testing 
• Develop and update process documents and training materials 
• Train and support customers on using solutions built using OneStream tools and technologies. 
• Train and mentor lower-level personnel on OneStream tools/technologies and methodologies. 
• Ability to apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles and concepts creating, developing, and writing the code for various financial management applications using OneStream tools and technologies
• Work in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum
• Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work using OneStream tools and technologies
• Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting project timelines
• Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
• Ability to contribute to a variety of roles in software development life cycle, systems analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Ability to Perform unit, system and interface testing associated with the OneStream tool and technologies and its corresponding system interface areas, as well as provide guidance and assistance to client staff to support these testing activities
• Be willing to train and support clients on using solutions built using OneStream tools and technologies
• Ability to Develop and update project related process documents, artifacts, and training materials
• Meet or exceed targeted utilization billing hours

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of work experience in systems design, development and deployment
• A minimum of 2 years of SQL experience
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or related degree
• Exposure to at least to one of the OLAP Technologies like OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, and Cognos TM1
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to mentor junior consultants
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust

Desired Qualifications

• General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements 
• Experience on SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
• VB.NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages
• Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Current U.S Government Secret clearance
