JOB DESCRIPTION

Protiviti Inc. seeks Senior Consultant -TC-Enterprise Data and Analytics in New York, NY

               

Job Duties: Identify areas of business risk, potential technical problems, and opportunities to improve the efficiency and profitability of the client’s overall business processes. Evaluate, synthesize, organize, and interpret data and information. Architect and lead the development of Enterprise Data Warehouse, Lakes, and Marts for the aggregation, validation, and presentation of enterprise data. Implement BI Strategy by performing discovery on existing BI implementation, future state design, gap analysis, and delivering a roadmap to meet client objectives. Design and develop enterprise operational and analytical reporting leveraging tools. Design and implement data models for applications and reporting. Partial telecommuting is permitted. U.S Domestic travel to client sites may be required, as needed.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the field of Data Analytics or related.

Special Skill Requirements: 

1. Experience using Data Governance methodologies to implement both functional and technical governance capabilities for security, quality, and documentation of enterprise data platform implementation (2 years)

2. Experience designing and implementing BI data marts, semantic Models, and reporting capabilities (enterprise, operational, analytical, and self-service) (2 years)

3. Experience with three of the following Programming languages: .NET, Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell. (2 years)

4. Design and develop enterprise operational and analytical reporting leveraging any two tools: Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Cognos (2 years)

5. Experience with solution design around data integration services including streaming, replication, batch processing with all the following tools: Abinito, Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server, and Matillion. 

6. Experience with cloud data platform Google Cloud Platform to model and serve front end data applications and reporting solutions.

Salary: $142,000 - $152,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
