About the role:
We’re looking for a skilled Cvent Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team! You will collaborate with your peers to ensure the overall management of our client specific Cvent platform and ongoing development of the operations support of meetings end to end solution. This role will be focused on training, standardization, expanding service offering and on-going education along with identifying and crafting solutions for our internal and external customers.
As a Cvent Technology Solutions Specialist you will:
• Be the subject matter expert for the administration of Cvent & other related meeting technology tools • Work closely with the business to align on key team and department initiatives
• Partner with Event Operations to provide appropriate technology solutions that support internal process improvements
• Identify, document, and manage tool/technology changes and enhancements providing recommendations to team
• Maintain company-specific system configurations & documentation log
• Maintain graphic and document libraries and organization
• Maintain and create (as required) event templates & budget templates
• Assist with the development of new testing and assessment processes
• Evaluate, all areas of Cvent technology platform, reviewing current standard operating procedures, identifying gaps in process and opportunities to streamline current procedures.
• Experience with system integrations and ability to project manage the process
• Primary point of contact for all meeting operations functional areas utilizing customer specific technology, assisting with any technology questions and challenges
• Contribute to the effective development, coordination, and presentation of enhanced training materials for all employees and vendors including role specific training and new hire onboarding
You’re good at
• Excellent Interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills • Experience in web development, design, and graphic design a plus in Cvent
• Experience with training is required
• Project Management
You might also have
• Bachelor’s Degree required • Cvent Administrator Certifications
• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• Knowledge of the meetings industry
