Summary: Outpatient Physical Therapist assess, plans and implements a patient’s plan of care - Provide high-quality care and concern for patient's well-being and recovery- Documenting all evaluations and treatments – Effectively interacts with patients, doctors, and other healthcare members. This is a full-time position offering continuing education benefits as well. Great opportunity to work with a positive, motivating, talented team with various specialties.

Requirements: Must be currently licensed as a PT in the state of IL. CPR certification required. *Any of the following specialties preferred: Neurological, Parkinson’s, Vestibular, P.
