$122,000-162,600
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Plan and conduct formal commercial training evolutions that focus on functional and technical skills pertaining to sales representatives and leaders
- Reinforce training with PGMs and representatives through field ride evaluations and comprehensive 1:1s. Areas of concentration will be:
- Commercial goal setting at region, channel, and rep level
- Reinforce rep activity tracking metrics and tools, including Sales Force Utilization
- Assess skill development areas in PGMs and reps
- Provide specific training on tools to support commercial plans
- Evaluate training utilization in the field of both reps and leaders
- Providing constructive feedback to reps and commercial leaders
- Assist in the development of commercial strategies in the Region
- Analyze volume, margin, and sales forecast information and provide recommendations
- Develop and implement measurement tools to positively impact:
- Sales skills
- Commercial leader and rep development
- Track training impact
- Coordinate the marketing and communication efforts of the field commercial area
- Partcipate in the selection and onboarding of new Recycling Services Resprenstatives.
- Sustaining change through process management
- Influencing through peer relationships
- Support adoption of CRM tools
- This positions will report to the North American General Manager, Recycling
- 50%+ travel
The Skills You Will Bring:

- Five years of in market recycling sales related experience, management preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and sales process
- Effective communication methods and style to a broad audience
- High influencer
- Business Acumen, Organizing, Informingm Peer Relationships, Listening, , Managing and Measuring Work, Process Management, Time Management, Written Communications, Planning, Presentation Skills, Priority Setting, Functional and Technical Skills
