Job Description Summary:

The QA Consultant position is a key connection to strategically leverage the company initiatives in the context of customer opportunities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the Quality and Food Safety Systems by assuring compliance, including implementation, monitoring, trend analysis, and reporting requirements through the application of appropriate regulatory, processing, and technical principles. This role will need to work with teams to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that includes activations and communications that increase or retain sales and promote our goals. We’re looking for a seasoned individual with prior experience in a science-related role to join our team.

What You’ll Do for Us

Lead the identification, investigation and resolution of incidents (escalated consumer and customer complaints, quality and food safety incidents, safety & environmental incidents, emergencies, and disasters) for the North America system including:

  • Developing and managing signal detection processes for early detection of issues. Including consumer and customer complaint escalations, trend analysis, media events, lab analysis results and new product launch monitoring.
  • Leading assessments of incidents and recommending plans of actions to mitigate the impact.
  • Leading cross-functional Incident Management and Crisis Resolution (IMCR) teams to develop and execute action and communication plans to protect Company trademarks and assets.
  • Managing the execution of market actions and stock recoveries with our Bottlers, Distributors, and Account Teams.
  • Leading post-incident reviews to assure system-wide corrective actions are communicated.
  • Building readiness to successfully manage incidents by enhancing NAOU IMCR processes, communicating protocols and conducting training for our North America Bottlers and Operations.
  • Leading severe weather planning and response activities the North America system.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related Science or Technical field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Quality/Food Safety or Occupational Safety
  • Microsoft Power BI experience

$120,000 - $149,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
