Service Advisor

RideNow Powersports is currently seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a leading powersports dealership, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer any questions they may have
• Document problems with motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercrafts and clearly communicate them to the service technicians
• Notify the Service Manager of any additional work needed or delays in completion time
• Advise customers on necessary and suggested services, as well as associated costs
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Review repair orders to ensure quality and timely completion
• Track and communicate the status of customer vehicles throughout the service process
• Keep customers informed of any changes in repair timeline, costs, or required repairs
• Review completed work orders with customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in a service advisor role, preferably within the automotive or powersports industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Positive and professional attitude with a high level of enthusiasm
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
