Senior Manager, Operations Processors (Remote)

Core Responsibilities
1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
2. Champions the strategy for all operational processing activities across teams. Drives service enhancements, growth strategies, cost reduction efforts, and pricing changes.
3. Reviews reports on departmental statistics and trends and provides recommendations that align with long-term strategic goals of the department.
4. Collaborates across departments to break down processing issues, avoiding critical barriers to operational efficiencies and enhancing the long-term effectiveness of the team's day-to-day activities.
5. Collaborates with leaders across departments to strengthen and improve compliance activities and enhance Vanguard's reputation. Leverages strong understand of regulations, policies and procedures.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related experience required. Five year's experience in operations processing preferred.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
