Strategic Sourcing Manager

Nortek Air Solutions, LLC seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Okarche, OK. 40 hrs./wk. 

JOB DUTIES: Drive cost-focused strategy for assigned sites and commodities across Nortek Air Solutions; Responsible for sourcing strategy, supply market analysis, supplier capability assessment, supplier recruitment and management, RFQ/P development, analysis of complex data, and managing projects across multiple sites; Participate in assessment and prioritization of strategic sourcing opportunities to achieve business objectives; Lead cross functional product development activities with key suppliers; Support performance tracking activities including sourcing savings, contract compliance and other measures; Ensure price controllership via PPV reporting and contract management; Other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.  Requires 5 years of experience as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst or in a role/capacity engaged in commodity management.

SPECIFIC SKILL SETS:

• 3 years of experience utilizing analytics and problem-solving techniques for understanding data collection.
• 5 years of experience with supplier negotiations.
• 5 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing negotiations.
• 2 years of experience conducting market analysis for sourcing.
• 2 years of experience in project management.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 25% domestic and international travel.
