Overview

The new intern will assist with the QNB seasonal overseas student account opening business.  

Responsibilities

- Review incoming account opening application request and perform necessary translation; - Perform data input in system to onboard customer; - Gather documents and prepare package for overseas student account mailing and tracking; - Perform scanning, filing and organizing of customer profiles and reviews; - Perform account maintenance upon receiving customer’s request.

Qualifications

- Bilingual; preferably can read, write and type in Chinese and English; - Must be detail oriented, organized and can multitask; - Knowledge on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.; - Should have analytical, writing and communication skills; - Candidate must be able to work independently.

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
