Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead supervises maintenance personnel while actively performing maintenance and repair work. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical expertise to ensure equipment, facilities, and systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Assign and prioritize work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with operations and management to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor contractor work and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with purchasing parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
